Privacy Policy

The short version: Escape Room Reset collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no server. Everything you create — rooms, reset steps, photos, staff initials, reset history, incident reports — is stored only on your device.
Data we collect
None. The app has no backend and makes no network requests to us. We never see your data, and neither does anyone else unless you export it and share it yourself.
Data stored on your device
- Rooms, reset steps, and reference photos you create
- Reset run history, timers, and staff sign-off initials
- Incident reports and photos
- Staff names, initials, and optional local PINs
This data lives in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad and is included in your normal device backups (iCloud or computer backups you control).
Camera and photos
The camera is used only to capture reference and incident photos you choose to take. The photo library picker runs in a system-provided process; the app receives only the images you explicitly select.
Exports and backups
PDF reports, CSV files, and backup files are generated on your device and shared only through the iOS share sheet to destinations you choose. Sharing a file sends it wherever you direct it — that's entirely under your control.
Purchases
The optional Reset Pro unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Purchase entitlement is verified on-device through StoreKit.
Children
Escape Room Reset is a business tool for escape room operators and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
